At yogacafe.ca you can expect a unique yoga experience that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit.
The Fall Session runs from September 2 to December 20th.
We are a small, home-based studio with limited space and a desire for each student to have the space and attention then need.
First priority to join the classes is always given to current students, then, if there's space, to students who can commit to the full session, then to late joiners and/or those who need more flexibility in their schedule. If you do not see a class showing when you click on Book ,that class is full.
Our Gentle yoga classes are great for beginners, seniors and those who just need a little time to destress.
Our Slow Flow Yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. You'll move through a series of poses that are synchronized with your breath, creating a flowing, dynamic practise that will leave you feeling energized and invigorated.
Our Restorative Yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, relax, and restore your body and mind. You'll move through a series of gentle, supported poses that will help you release tension and find deep relaxation.
The Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes ar just 30 minutes to get you started on your day with a bit of mindful movement. ALL classes are geared to the student's needs and options are given.
