Stronger practices that burn a little energy, create a little sweat but are still accessible for most.
Gravity Yoga's main focus is on increasing your flexibility through long holds. Each class has only 6 - 8 poses held 2 - 5 minutes each. These classes can be as intense or soothing as you need ( just add more props!).
Chair yoga can help you move into poses that haven't been accessible before, and access muscles in ways that you haven't before. From super gentle practices to more intense ones.
